- Smoke Detector Inspection and Battery Replacement:
35. [ ] Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, replacing batteries as needed for reliable operation.
- A/C and Water Filter Change:
36. [ ] Replace air conditioning filters to ensure optimal indoor air quality and system efficiency.
37. [ ] Replace water filters in faucets, refrigerators, or filtration systems to maintain water quality.
- Dryer Vent Cleaning:

- Fall Shutdown and Spring Opening Services:
